About the Role:
Join us as a Revenue Growth Manager, where you will play a crucial role in identifying, managing, and securing growth opportunities with our existing customer base. As a sales-focused position reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be part of a dynamic and product-oriented team. You will collaborate with prominent partners in the Association and Credentialing industry, working closely with organizations that have established relationships with us and rely on our expertise for their strategic programs.
- Evaluate and validate upsell potential within our customer portfolio to drive revenue growth.
- Establish strong relationships with customers through active engagement with the Customer Success team.
- Identify expansion possibilities and challenges for customers, advocating for necessary changes to facilitate growth.
- Devise and execute sales and marketing strategies, in collaboration with our Customer Marketing team, focusing on high-value products with a high likelihood of conversion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to communicate growth opportunities, onboard support for new initiatives, and effectively convey value propositions.
- Employ strategic selling techniques to position our company as a trusted advisor in the learning platform sector.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of sales experience in a SaaS environment, with a preference for EdTech background.
- Proven track record in Enterprise-level sales and navigating complex decision-making processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and achieve results.
- Strong team player with exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
