We are in search of an executive who is a proactive self-starter, ready to establish the leading ERP software partnership in the industry.
This prominent role will collaborate closely with the CEO to define and implement our organic revenue growth strategy.
The Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for driving revenue expansion and leading our sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee our go-to-market strategy, including lead generation, product demonstrations, client meetings, contract negotiations, account management, and upselling/cross-selling initiatives.
- Continuously enhance our sales processes.
- Achieve revenue targets across our diverse product and service offerings.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Collaborate with the CEO on additional revenue and profit growth initiatives that impact the P&L.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales and revenue generation.
- History of effective sales leadership with measurable outcomes.
- Experience in technology or technology services sectors.
- Familiarity with Microsoft partners is advantageous.
- Experience with ERP software partnerships is a plus.
- Preferred educational background includes a Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree.
