Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Development: Formulate and execute strategic growth plans and initiatives, alongside supporting marketing strategies.
  • Partnership Cultivation: Identify and nurture strategic alliances and business relationships to broaden our market footprint, enhance revenue streams, and boost brand visibility.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences to proactively discover growth prospects and adjust revenue strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Strategy: Provide strategic direction to the sales team, establish achievable sales targets, and develop effective sales methodologies to consistently surpass revenue objectives.
  • Market Entry Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and devise effective go-to-market strategies for new offerings, ensuring successful launches and market penetration.
  • Customer Focus: Analyze customer insights and market trends to refine our offerings and enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction while driving new sales opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing revenue team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Financial Insights: Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of revenue initiatives and optimize pricing strategies for maximum profitability.
  • Budget Oversight: Work alongside the finance team to establish and manage revenue-related budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Contract Development: Create and pursue sales contracts that enhance client loyalty and retention.
  • Travel Requirements: Anticipate travel commitments of approximately 50%.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling organizations, particularly within the hospitality sector.
  • Proven track record of identifying growth-enabling initiatives in the lifestyle and hospitality industries.
  • Strong grasp of market dynamics, customer behaviors, and emerging trends.
  • Exceptional strategic planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient leadership abilities, with a history of effectively managing high-performing teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to utilize data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
