Position Summary

The primary role of the Regional Operations Manager is to oversee and enhance business growth within a designated area, emphasizing team development, service excellence, and adherence to brand standards. This position is pivotal in driving annual revenue and profitability increases. A successful Regional Operations Manager will ensure consistent improvement in performance metrics, maintain low employee turnover, ensure operational compliance, and cultivate future leaders. This role encompasses comprehensive management responsibilities across all aspects of the company's growth strategies within the assigned region.

Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members that foster a sales and service-oriented culture.
  • Proven track record in identifying, nurturing, and promoting leaders within a multi-unit environment.
  • Ability to establish genuine relationships founded on mutual accountability, authenticity, and excellence aimed at achieving service and financial objectives.
  • Thorough understanding of Profit & Loss statements.
  • Experience in a leadership capacity (preferably in Health and Beauty services management).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the company's services and product offerings.
  • Promote and implement new products, services, and initiatives effectively.
  • Drive growth across all assigned locations by increasing new and repeat customer counts, service volume, and retail sales through focused training and coaching.
  • Foster an operational culture through coaching, goal setting, and delegation, ensuring a focus on team development.
  • Guide area and center managers in cultivating a supportive and equitable culture across all locations.
  • Conduct regular center visits and performance evaluations to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Monitor staffing and scheduling to ensure all positions are adequately filled.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing, training, and documentation requirements as per regulations.
  • Facilitate the resolution of customer service issues while identifying systemic opportunities for improvement.
  • Review payroll, inventory, and relevant reports to identify profitability enhancement opportunities.
  • Prepare and present timely and accurate financial and service performance reports.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel (up to 80%).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience in a multi-unit leadership role is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves active engagement, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting items over 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Regular travel is required, and some extended hours and weekend work may be necessary.
