MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree in field related to the assigned functional area; plus four years of professional work experience within the functional area.

NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
The appointee to this position will be required to complete a criminal background check, a Child Protective Services Registry check, a driving record check, and sanction screening to the satisfaction of the employer.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Extensive knowledge and abilities around Trauma Informed Responses/Practices, Evidence Based Practices, Implementation Science, Adolescent Brain Science, Change Management, and Quality Assurance & Improvement Processes. Experience delivering training, coaching and consultation around service delivery in human services and/or corrections/probation. Experience with conducting audits, making online and in person presentations, report writing, data analytics, writing policy, and grant management. Master's degree in public administration, Continuous Improvement Manager Certification, Certification in Public Administration, Project Management Professional Certification.Intermediate level understanding of SharePoint capabilities and functionality. Ability to make minor edits on SharePoint, Intermediate level skills in Microsoft products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Forms, Teams. Understanding of Power BI functionality.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Job is generally sedentary in nature. Visual acuity is required to read data on computer monitor. Ability to operate keyboard driven equipment; mobile laptop; Avaya phone, and video conferencing equipment. Ability to communicate clearly in English in person, in written form, and on the phone. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds. All duties performed with or without reasonable accommodations.
