Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with both corporate and contractual standards through meticulous oversight and auditing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct annual and internal audits to verify adherence to established project guidelines.
  • Utilize advanced features of MS Excel, including pivot tables, to extract, aggregate, and analyze data, presenting findings in various formats.
  • Evaluate existing systems, programs, and organizational processes to identify areas for improvement and address potential issues.
  • Maintain open communication with the Quality Assurance Supervisor regarding any quality performance matters that could affect compliance.
  • Manage the Document Change Control process to ensure all documentation is accurate and current.
  • Collaborate on the development and revision of procedures in response to changes in operations.
  • Document best practices and continuously assess outcomes to drive improvements.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
