Key Responsibilities

This role offers a hybrid work opportunity, requiring in-office presence several times a week. You will oversee the daily operations of business processes and set work standards to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of assigned tasks. This position ensures adherence to quality standards established by clients and the organization, and is well-versed in various industry concepts, practices, and procedures, including but not limited to Lean Six Sigma, CMMI ML 3, 4, and 5, ITIL, and ISO standards. Responsibilities include designing, analyzing, and measuring the efficiency of specific processes; preparing and evaluating reports; and conducting audits of business processes and software development activities.

Additional Duties:

Create tools for documenting quality assurance and control. Ensure adherence to safe work practices. Provide training and development for team members. Establish a reporting framework. Supervise site-specific QAQC managers. Assist project teams in developing quality control plans. Help team members identify project-specific features of work. Facilitate alignment of subcontractor involvement. Review daily reports, deficiency logs, test logs, and quality documentation for compliance. Evaluate project quality programs for effectiveness and areas for improvement. Perform other related tasks as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree At least five (5) years of relevant experience. CMMI experience is mandatory, with preference for specific versions. Formal CMMI training as an Audit Team Member is highly preferred. Experience with Software Process Engineering Groups (SEPG). Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks and both tactical and strategic initiatives. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives. A solid background in project management.
