Key Responsibilities

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring onsite presence at our headquarters 2-3 times weekly. In this capacity, you will oversee the daily operations of business processes and establish work protocols and standards to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of assigned operations. This position guarantees quality compliance with established client and corporate standards and is knowledgeable about various concepts, practices, and procedures in the field, including but not limited to Lean Six Sigma, CMMI ML 3, 4, and 5, ITIL, and ISO standards. This role involves designing, analyzing, and measuring the efficiency of specific processes and procedures; compiling and evaluating reports and assessments, and conducting and supervising Process & Product Quality Assurance audits of business processes and software development and integration activities.

Additional Duties:

Create tools for documenting quality assurance and control. Ensure adherence to safe work practices and planning. Provide training and development for team members. Establish a reporting framework. Supervise jobsite-specific QAQC managers. Assist project teams in developing quality control plans. Support team members in defining project-specific work features. Aid team members in coordinating subcontractor involvement. Review daily reports, deficiency logs, test logs, and quality documentation for program compliance. Evaluate project quality programs for effectiveness and improvement opportunities. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree At least five (5) years of experience in relevant responsibilities. Experience with CMMI is essential, with version preference. Formal CMMI training as an Audit Team Member is strongly preferred. Experience collaborating with SEPG (Software Process Engineering Group). Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks and oversee both tactical and strategic work streams. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting and leading meetings with senior executives, including C-Suite level. Strong background in project management.
