Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Manager, Strategic Pricing & Bid Management. As the Manager, Strategic Pricing & Bid Management, you will be responsible for optimizing the OneSource pricing strategy and building solutions based on the unique needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and strategy development skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead team of global pricing analysts Deliver profitability expansion by identifying pricing actions that encourage higher sale values, conversion rates, inelasticity, margin rates, and customer satisfaction Forecast margins to help the business understand the impact of new and renewing business on the OneSource Enterprise P&L Develop and execute on pricing strategies and commercial programs in alignment with global portfolio strategyVisualization of data to demonstrate the OneSource value storyDevelop and monitor metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of commercial programs and pricing strategiesDevelop comprehensive, customer specific solutions in the bid process while delivering on PerkinElmer KPIs Drive the bid management process across functional groups and ensure bids are submitted successfully while maintaining compliance requirements Drive efficiency and consistency on the global strategic pricing and bid management processes Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities of this job at any time. Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field 8+ years of experience in Pricing, Finance, or Marketing Preferred Experience:Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related fieldExperience in Bid ManagementExperience in global pricing practices Thorough knowledge of developing, deploying and awarding service contracts (RFP) Strong negotiation skills and buying strategies culminating in positive financial results
