The Strategic Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in fostering growth and broadening our clientele through strategic alliances and new business ventures.

Areas of focus for business development include Military/Aerospace and Cloud Computing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the electronic components sector.
  2. Design and execute effective sales strategies to meet and surpass sales objectives.
  3. Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners.
  4. Negotiate and finalize agreements with prospective clients.
  5. Remain informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and implement business plans.
  7. Provide regular updates on sales and business development efforts to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within electronic components is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong comprehension of the electronic components market and component brokerage.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales goals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
