Exciting Opportunity for a Strategic Growth Manager

Description: We are looking for an energetic Strategic Growth Manager to spearhead expansion initiatives and cultivate partnerships within our organization. In this position, you will play a crucial role in broadening our client base and enhancing revenue channels. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong enthusiasm for sales and business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities to enrich our client portfolio.
  • Formulating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve growth objectives.
  • Conducting comprehensive market analysis to uncover areas for expansion and potential clientele.
  • Establishing and maintaining robust relationships with key clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and sales materials.
  • Representing the organization at industry events to showcase services and generate leads.
  • Monitoring progress, preparing reports, and assessing sales performance consistently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or a comparable role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and strategically leverage them.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a strong emphasis on goal achievement.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when necessary.
