  • Developing, coordinating, and preparing client and insurance company presentations
  • Providing accurate information to underwriters and responding to client requests
  • Performing all tasks in servicing Sales Executive's book of business promptly and professionally
  • Checking new and renewal policies for accuracy based on proposals, applications, and expiring policies
  • Servicing commercial lines accounts to eliminate coverage gaps and reduce E&O exposures
  • Participating in meetings, seminars, and classes for skill and knowledge development
  • Effectively communicating client updates to the team
  • Assisting with various team duties as needed, such as covering vacancies and managing personal time-offs
You Should Have:
  • Minimum of three years of industry-related experience
  • Preferably an Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Current Oregon Property and Casualty license required
  • Strong reasoning skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Complete knowledge of Carriers and industry standard forms
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to work through projects to completion
  • Persuasive with good relationship maintenance skills
  • High degree of tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality maintenance
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products and other relevant programs
  • Willingness to take on additional duties and responsibilities as needed
