As a dedicated Immunization Sales Consultant, you will engage directly with key stakeholders, promoting our leading vaccine brands to Pediatrics, Integrated Delivery Networks, and Public Health entities. This role is primarily field-based and remote within your designated territory. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating a diverse portfolio of significant accounts across various customer segments.
  • Initiating contact with prospective clients and negotiating product formulary inclusion.
  • Securing contractual agreements for CSL Seqirus offerings.
  • Driving sales of the flu product line within critical accounts, including Pediatrics, IDNs, FQHCs, and both independent and corporate-owned healthcare providers.
  • Designing tailored value-added initiatives for each account by comprehending customer requirements and aligning brand resources to meet established objectives while exemplifying CSL Seqirus values.
  • Collaborating closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Account Managers to prioritize key accounts and pursue strategic objectives set by the commercial division.
  • Identifying and fostering opportunities for sales expansion within assigned segments.
  • Conducting regular collaborative meetings with your team to execute tactical plans established by sales and marketing.
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues in Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Customer Service to bolster field initiatives aimed at business growth.
  • Engaging in occasional overnight travel as required.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Formulating and executing strategies to meet CSL Seqirus brand objectives while uncovering new opportunities with significant accounts.
  • Evaluating accounts' immediate and long-term goals to enhance sales and facilitate the introduction of company products and services in alignment with provider objectives.
  • Organizing discussions with clients to present product information and treatment protocols.
  • Maintaining enduring relationships with established clients to ensure agreement and lay the groundwork for new business ventures.
  • Developing customer engagement strategies, strategic key account business plans, and daily pre-call plans.
  • Representing the Seqirus Customer Experience vision both internally and externally; serving as the customer advocate among team members to enhance understanding of customer challenges; crafting business solutions that strengthen partnerships within Seqirus's primary channels.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Health Policy, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals, B2B, or relevant healthcare/clinical education.
  • Proven ability to establish communication and engagement with clients, emphasizing scientific knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings as necessary.
  • Job title will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience.
