Your Exciting Role
This role involves overseeing the process of production incentives for episodic television from domestic jurisdictions.
Your Responsibilities
- Guide budget experts in estimating incentives for different regions and ensure accurate calculation in budgets.
- Confirm project qualification for incentives by thorough rule research, stakeholder communication, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
- Maintain and update internal incentive tracking systems.
- Prepare required forms, applications, and registrations for diverse production incentive programs.
- Handle production incentive receivables timelines effectively.
- Collaborate with various internal departments on incentive-related matters.
- Partner with international consultants on incentive matters.
- Support additional projects and analyses as needed.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, tax, or finance.
- Preferred background in production accounting.
- Additional points for familiarity with production incentives and processes.
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Accounting.
- Effective communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines independently.
- Analytical and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication abilities.
- Experience with PSL, Smart Accounting, Vista a plus.
