Sales Account Executive

Front Signs is a prominent signage provider located in Los Angeles, California, specializing in a diverse array of sign solutions tailored for both commercial and residential needs. Our offerings encompass everything from design and production to installation, emphasizing our commitment to integrity, diligence, and excellence in customer service.
We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Account Executive / Project Coordinator to enhance our operations.
Compensation: $25.00 per hour plus substantial Sales Commissions
Key Responsibilities- Oversee projects through all stages, including estimating, follow-up, design, production, quality assurance, and installation/delivery.
- Handle incoming calls, respond to email inquiries, and assist clients visiting our facility.
- Prepare estimates, propose solutions, and drive sales for clients.
- Accurately process all work orders and secure customer approvals.
- Identify new opportunities within the community and establish connections with potential clients through various channels.
- Generate new business while maintaining and updating lists of prospective clients and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to address any inquiries regarding current work orders.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, sales, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the signage industry.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of sales principles.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in computer and internet skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities, organizing workloads, and meeting deadlines.
- Highly organized to ensure timely fulfillment of customer needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
