Position Overview: The Graphic Production Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the pre-media team by preparing files for both internal and external production processes. This position involves creating and maintaining workflows that ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to company security protocols and asset management guidelines.
  • Follow detailed production assembly instructions accurately.
  • Enter and modify production assembly ticket details as required.
  • Maintain adherence to job schedules and timekeeping standards.
  • Conduct preflight checks on client files to ensure readiness for production.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve file-related issues pertaining to desktop publishing and printing.
  • Perform various upload and download tasks efficiently.
  • Comply with established Quality Assurance procedures consistently.
  • Verify assembled prepress files for accuracy in dimensions, color, and mechanical specifications.
  • Manage the organizational structure of the template library, including posting relevant company specifications.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (if applicable).
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional prepress experience.
