Position Overview:

This role is a W2 contract position, and we are not considering C2C or 1099 candidates.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model - 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.

The Junior Product Management Specialist collaborates closely with the Digital Experience (DX) Service Management team, as well as technology leads and business partners across various segments. This position serves as a key contact for DX products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in business requirements gathering, data analysis, and financial modeling to develop solutions that support product definition and lifecycle management.
  • Facilitate demand management and product integration while ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  • Act as a business advocate within the Digital Experience and Business Units, ensuring proper visibility and participation in critical planning and project meetings.

The Junior Product Management Specialist will align objectives and priorities with DX Product and Service Managers to manage intake and demand effectively. This role encompasses a broad focus across the DX Product and Service portfolio, ensuring that all relevant teams and subject matter experts are engaged and responsive.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work alongside DX Product and Service Managers to support product and service strategies through data analytics and market research.
  • Assist in the development of product strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support existing productivity environments, including task management and documentation, while evaluating feature requests and collaborating with engineering teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative while collaborating with senior product managers.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Smartsheet, Airtable, or Atlassian at an enterprise level is essential.
