Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver EV charging solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Lead medium- to large-scale innovation projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery of results.
  • Consult with internal organizations to develop high-level project plans and execute strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in EV charging product management.
  • Proficiency with EV charging operations (OCPP, OCPI, ISO or energy domain knowledge strongly desired).
  • Depth and breadth of knowledge across multiple software engineering disciplines: restful services, data modeling, distributed design orchestration, and API's.
  • Customer-first approach with a relentless passion to improve the charging experience through great usable and scalable solutions.
  • Strong track record of succeeding in matrixed organizations and collaborating with stakeholders from multiple domains.
