Position Overview:

As a pivotal member of our team, the Senior Manager, Strategic Transformation Initiatives will play a crucial role in driving the implementation of innovative data and technology projects within the organization. This position, reporting directly to the Director of Operations and Transformation, is designed for a dynamic leader who is passionate about enhancing operational efficiencies and optimizing data frameworks to elevate our service delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of extensive business transformation initiatives aimed at generating both immediate and long-term value through advanced technology solutions and improved operational practices.
  • Manage the comprehensive delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring meticulous tracking of project plans, resource allocation, budget oversight, and risk management.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, engaging with key stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and various business functions to align transformation efforts with organizational goals.
  • Lead project teams in a matrixed environment, ensuring that all initiatives are executed effectively, meeting quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project progress and strategic decisions.
  • Implement rigorous quality assurance protocols to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to develop strategic roadmaps and identify enhancements that will maximize the value of our programs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading technology implementations or data infrastructure projects, particularly within the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale, complex programs from inception through to delivery.
  • Background in healthcare quality, safety, care delivery operations, or clinical research.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic consulting, operations, or technology implementation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across various functions.
  • Proficient problem-solver with a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly to a leadership audience.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
