Molex is looking for an Account Manager to join the Hyperscale team, renowned for its top interconnect solutions.

  • Manage assigned business units to grow profitable revenue by creating new demands.
  • Be the primary interface between the customer and Molex.
  • Educate customers on Molex's value to their business.
  • Track and document actions in the Customer Relationship Management tool.
  • Identify revenue opportunities and present to Business Units for support.
  • Develop personal expertise and understand customer's strategic business plans.
  • Build relationships and technical skills to effectively sell Molex offerings.
  • Support quality management systems and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a technical field.
  • Experience in sales or account manager role in electronics or interconnect industry.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and sell solutions effectively.
  • Build strategic customer and distributor relationships.

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering (preferably BSEE, Physics, or Optics), MBA.
