Overview: As a vital member of our Sales Team, the Client Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and account retention for our esteemed clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive maximum account retention by effectively managing and servicing designated accounts.
- Provide ongoing education to clients regarding the test ordering process and promptly resolve any service-related issues.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Director, Healthcare Provider Account Executives, and Account Managers to enhance service delivery.
- Develop and execute cross-functional strategies aligned with company objectives to safeguard business interests.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with C-Suite Executives, including organizing quarterly meetings to ensure successful project management and client satisfaction.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and develop implementation plans to secure support by coordinating efforts with internal partners.
- Present recent achievements and ongoing activities regularly to the Sales Director and other key stakeholders.
- Schedule and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with Executives to assess performance and address concerns.
- Collaborate with business unit operations and customer solutions teams to optimize customer satisfaction, fostering strong internal relationships across departments.
- Represent Quest Diagnostics at healthcare events and work collaboratively with the Lab Director to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of experience in direct service or business development, with experience in Health Systems considered advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Skills:
- Proven ability to build relationships with executive-level personnel, leading to exceptional client satisfaction.
- Strong teamwork capabilities and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and conducting virtual meetings.
