Regional Sales Manager

Overview of the Position
The Regional Sales Manager role focuses on selling company products and services to potential and existing customers to achieve or surpass sales targets. The role involves providing information on available services, pricing, and new products to customers and monitoring market trends within their designated territory.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed set sales targets
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends
- Provide timely responses to field inquiries with pricing and related information
- Handle sales quotations and follow up on open quotes
- Utilize CRM to manage opportunities and data effectively
- Support customers through information collection and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Business or related Associate degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive sales experience
- Industry knowledge
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel up to 30%
- Excellent visual-spatial ability
- Professionalism in handling challenging situations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and use specific CRM systems
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English
