Key Responsibilities:


Formulates and implements sales strategies within the designated region to enhance market penetration and attract new clients while maintaining robust relationships with existing customers.

Mentors, trains, and develops both new and current sales personnel in the region to cultivate a team of proficient and successful sales professionals.

Identifies and explores new market potentials and clientele within the region.

Guides and manages the sales team with clear objectives and strategies to target these markets effectively, aiming to expand market presence.

Performs additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is essential.
A minimum of seven (7) years of sales and territory management experience in the construction equipment rental sector is mandatory.
A proactive approach to client acquisition is crucial.
Strong knowledge of construction machinery is required.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is necessary.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are vital.
Strong organizational and time management abilities are essential.
Frequent travel is a requirement.

Work Environment:
This role involves significant exposure to various environmental elements, including extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, and loud noises.

Physical Requirements:

Specific vision capabilities required for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
