The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing hospital accounts within the designated territory, aligning with marketing strategies and company policies. The primary objective is to boost sales of Ferndale Pharma products and expand market presence, ultimately driving profitability for the organization.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage hospital accounts in the assigned territory.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote product utilization.
- Conduct approximately 50% travel, including frequent overnight stays (around 6-8 nights per month).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside business-to-business sales.
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or 10 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and administrative skills.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory due to the nature of the role and client requirements.
