Position Title: Regional Carrier Account Manager

The Regional Carrier Account Manager plays a pivotal role in generating and finalizing sales opportunities with Carrier Partners across a designated sales territory. This role reports directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Identifying potential Carrier and Data Center Partnership opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Establishing new partnerships and enhancing existing Carrier and Data Center relationships.
  • Implementing sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets for the designated region.
  • Coordinating the solution requirements, estimates, and final pricing for all Carrier sales opportunities related to Carrier Grade Fiber services.
  • Providing management with updates on sales activities, reports, and outcomes as required.
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies, proposals, and presentations as necessary.
  • Managing ongoing relationships with existing Carrier and Data Center partnerships within the assigned territory.
  • Participating in various Carrier and Technology trade shows and events to foster and create new partnerships.
  • Maintaining a database of sales opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed (25%+ travel required).

Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce CRM, possess a keen attention to detail, and have the ability to work autonomously. A strong drive for success, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills are essential. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Channel Partner Sales, preferably within the Telecom Carrier or Wholesale sector. A valid driver's license and insurance coverage are required, and candidates will utilize their personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement provided.
