Role Summary:

In this role, you will focus on driving revenue growth for designated existing accounts by introducing new products, optimizing product mixes, and enhancing upselling opportunities. You will provide essential support to current clients, including the initiation of new products, technical sales assistance, and product testing. Maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting newly acquired accounts, including dispenser maintenance, will be key responsibilities. This position requires adherence to company policies, initiatives, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance revenue through product upselling, optimizing product mixes, and introducing new products to existing accounts.
  • Deliver product and technical support to current customers, including mix design, troubleshooting, and field quality assurance/control.
  • Assist in the initiation of new products, technical sales, and testing for new clients.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on dispensers.
  • Foster and maintain customer relationships within assigned accounts.
  • Engage with local industry organizations to maintain leadership presence.
  • Support the integration and management of newly acquired accounts.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to relevant organizational functions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Walking/standing: 40-80%
  • Sitting: 30-50%
  • Lifting (up to 70 lbs./31kgs): 30%
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to tow an 18ft open bed trailer, properly loaded and secured with necessary equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Technical School degree required; BA/BS preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant industry experience.
  • Sales experience or aptitude is essential; concrete quality assurance/control experience is preferred, along with electrical and mechanical skills.
  • Strong computer and communication skills are necessary.
