Role Summary:

The Territory Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for designated existing accounts by promoting innovative products, optimizing product mixes, and enhancing upselling strategies. This position involves providing comprehensive support to current clients, including the initiation of new products, technical sales assistance, and performance testing. You will maintain strong customer relationships and support newly acquired accounts, ensuring the upkeep of dispensers. Adherence to company policies and initiatives is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance revenue through existing accounts by promoting product upsell and optimizing product mixes.
  • Deliver technical support and product assistance to clients, including mix design and field quality assurance.
  • Facilitate the introduction of new products and provide technical sales support for new clients.
  • Oversee dispenser maintenance and repairs.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Engage with local industry organizations to maintain leadership presence.
  • Support the integration of newly acquired accounts.
  • Gather and report competitor and market intelligence to relevant organizational functions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Walking/standing: 40-80%
  • Sitting: 30-50%
  • Lifting (up to 70 lbs./31kgs): 30%
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to tow an 18ft open bed trailer securely loaded with necessary equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Technical School degree required; BA/BS preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant industry experience.
  • Sales experience or aptitude is essential; concrete QA/QC experience is preferred, along with mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency and communication skills are necessary.
