Austin, Texas, United States Fospha Marketing Full time

Fospha is the marketing measurement platform for eCommerce brands. We have found product/market fit in the last two years and quickly become the market leader for measurement in EMEA. We are the only business of our type to be a certified partner of Meta, TikTok and Snap, and have worked with those customers to drive massive growth and value for both sides over the last 12 months. Now we are working with those partners to enter the US market at scale.

This is a hugely exciting time to join Fospha. To fuel our growth in EMEA we have built a world class content machine, leaning heavily on our highly engaged customer and partner base to create a stream of case studies and research reports. We also have a strong lead pipeline through our partners. To make the most this opportunity in North America we now need to raise our brand, amplifying our content by implementing a growth marketing playbook.

We have an extraordinary opportunity to scale in the North American market, and our early hires will be crucial in delivering success from a strong and proven platform.

The Role

As a Partnerships Executive at Fospha, you will be pivotal in driving our growth strategy by managing and enhancing our relationships with Fospha's key strategic partners. • Partner Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners' sales teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring alignment on objectives and strategies. Manage communications across preferred platforms to maintain engagement and momentum.
  • Education and Enablement: Educate partner teams on the advantages of using Fospha's measurement solutions. Develop and deliver training sessions, working with the US Partnerships Lead to share success stories and provide updates to enhance understanding and support of Fospha's products.
  • Sales Support: Assist with managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through to onboarding. Support the sales team by coordinating with partners on client engagements, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment throughout the sales process.
  • Build relationships and socialize: Maintain a cadence of in person events with partners to strengthen your relationships.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on partnership performance. Facilitate regular update meetings and create reports that highlight successes and areas for improvement.

Professional Requirements

This is a graduate job, no professional experience is necessary. The following skills will stand you in good stead for success at this role:

  • Collaboration: You like working with others and are capable of fostering strong partnerships.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential for coordinating across teams and ensuring all partners are aligned with our objectives.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to handle inquiries and potential issues with effective solutions, providing timely responses when additional information is needed.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and event planning skills, with a proven ability to manage schedules and coordinate events effectively.
