The Relief Sales Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing sales and ensuring product availability, with a strong focus on optimal execution and merchandising strategies. This position involves managing relationships with key customers, driving growth in large format accounts within the designated area, as well as servicing on-premise clients. By promoting renowned Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other popular products, the Sales Manager contributes to expanding the presence of these beloved beverages in retail outlets.

Working Hours and Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Shifts typically start at 7:00 am and continue until daily tasks are completed
  • Five shifts scheduled per week
  • Availability required on weekends (days off scheduled during weekdays)
  • Flexibility to work additional hours if necessary

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to drive market share, distribution, and sales volume targets, ensuring a seamless customer experience in the absence of an Account Manager
  • Establish communication with key contacts at assigned accounts to present products, promotional offers, innovative displays, point-of-sale materials, and service needs
  • Implement strategic reallocations of beverage shelf space to optimize sales of Keurig Dr Pepper brands
  • Participate in the setup of redesigned beverage sections, displays, and positioning of marketing materials according to company standards
  • Manage inventory and display of Keurig Dr Pepper products in designated areas, including shelves and additional displays
  • Support in securing, placing, and rotating vendor products in chain store accounts, ensuring proper functionality, cleanliness, and product availability
  • Keep detailed sales records for all assigned accounts, generating special reports on promotions, competitor activities, and space management
  • Maintain adequate stock levels in each account to guarantee product availability for in-store replenishment and promotion
