Job Overview:

The Third Party Solutions Specialist serves as an ambassador for a leading Telecom brand, acting as the primary point of contact for both new and existing clientele.

Operating within a Third Party Retailer, this individual will assist customers through the purchasing process, installation procedures, and education regarding Telecom products and accessories, all while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

The Third Party Solutions Specialist is accountable for achieving set sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals by ensuring clients receive the appropriate product and accessory recommendations.

As a vital member of the sales team, this position demands strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Besides sales, revenue, and customer service responsibilities, this individual plays a crucial role in maximizing sales and profitability by concentrating on key business initiatives, store merchandising, marketing execution, and inventory management.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience preferred in a related field (Sales, Retail Sales, etc.)
  • Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience targets
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Proficient computer skills with an ability to learn about communication products and services
  • Must possess reliable and consistent transportation and be able to work at various retail locations
  • Proven track record of high individual performance with demonstrated financial results in sales and retention
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively sell products using a solutions-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, service-oriented team environment
  • Capability to lift - pounds to assist with stock room inventory management
  • Ability to remain mobile within the store for extended periods to greet customers and demonstrate products and services.

Experience in the Telecommunications & Retail Sales industry is preferred.
