  • Establish and nurture repeat clientele; utilize a client database

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
  • Ensure the sales floor and merchandise are tidy, organized, and well-stocked
  • Assist in maintaining inventory in both the stockroom and on the sales floor
  • Support all stock, shipping, and receiving protocols, including related paperwork
  • Participate in inventory counts
  • Adhere to all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures
  • Accurately perform all relevant register functions
  • Comply with work schedules, including attendance
  • Engage in all necessary training and development sessions as directed by management
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail is required.
