Job Purpose:
To cultivate and sustain enduring client relationships by managing designated accounts and delivering exceptional customer support. To strengthen sales management strategies to boost all facets of sales and profitability within the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement
- Achieve or surpass sales and profit targets set in collaboration with branch leadership
- Build and nurture relationships with assigned clients, including major accounts
- Introduce new offerings to clients
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding orders and inquiries
- Maintain and revise client pricing
- Leadership
- Guarantee client satisfaction
- Showcase company capabilities to clients
- Advocate Marketing initiatives and programs to clients
- Foster and maintain vendor relationships
- Clarify company policies and procedures (warranty details, collections guidelines, return policies, etc.)
- Address and resolve client issues promptly
- Participate in training fellow associates and serve as a mentor
- Assist in the formulation of the Annual Strategic Planner, including the sales budget for the client portfolio
- Monitor sales patterns and product performance metrics
- Guide external sales representatives on account management to enhance client service
- Continuously improve sales techniques to uphold a professional image

- Sales volume and gross profit

- Development and ongoing assessment of sales against the sales budget
