We are looking for a Full-time dynamic duo to live onsite at one of our mobile home communities in Oregon.

Is that you?


The suitable candidates will be professional, have excellent customer service skills, and preferably have experience in the property management and maintenance field, although we are willing to train the right team.


Note:
We also seek an area management team for the Eugene and Southern Oregon areas.

This onsite position can be included in that area management team at a higher salary and benefits for the right couple.

A reliable background or experience would be needed to be considered for the Area Position.

General Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the community.
  • Utilize computer knowledge to manage resident records, maintenance requests, and other essential documentation.
  • Answering phones and emails professionally and promptly.
  • Addressing residents' needs and concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Review &p; complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare, review, and execute rental agreements.
  • Enforce Community Rules & Regulations to maintain a safe and clean community throughout and always lead by example.
  • Process and deliver notices to include pay or quit, compliance, and inspection notices.
  • Process, review, and determine applications for residency.
  • Prepare monthly newsletters.
  • Create and participate in community functions/events to bring neighbors together.
  • Ensuring the community's curb appeal, including the entrance and common areas, is clean, maintained, and inviting.
  • Conduct 4-sided exterior home and lot inspections of all homes within the community 2x a year with scheduled follow-ups.
  • Lawn Maintenance/Groundskeeping of all common areas.
  • Keep grounds and common areas free of trash and debris daily.
  • Pool Maintenance – seasonal.
  • Always professionally represent the community.
  • Participate in training as needed/requested.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS office, email, phone, printers, internet
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Detail oriented.
  • Be willing to enforce rules fairly and consistently.
  • Previous experience in property management and maintenance-related fields preferred.
  • Knowledge of MHCO and Oregon Landlord Tenant Laws is preferred but is optional. (Training is mandatory and paid/provided by management)

  • Salary $42K-45K (Onsite Manager) to $55K (Area Management Team)
