We are currently seeking a Lead Mechanic to support our operations in various school districts.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and reliability of our fleet of vehicles. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing maintenance and repairs to ensure our vehicles are roadworthy.
- Utilizing advanced knowledge of vehicle components to diagnose issues effectively.
- Monitoring shop performance and implementing improvements as necessary.
Qualifications:
We encourage applications from candidates who possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with automotive, diesel, electric, or CNG vehicles.
- Previous experience in a lead technician, supervisory, or management role.
- A valid driver's license with a willingness to obtain a CDL (training provided).
- A desire to grow and enhance your skills through ASE testing.
