Launched in 2012, Amex Offers is a digital advertising platform that connects Merchants and brands with the tens of millions of American Express Card Members across the globe. The Amex Offers team develops strategic marketing partnerships that deliver unique differentiated value for Merchants and Advertisers to reach these high-spending Card Members in the digital channels where they engage with American Express, delivering deep insights and maximizing results. Through this complete marketing solution, we can help advertisers get laser-focused on who our mutual customers are, what they want, and how we can meet their needs.

How will you make an impact in this role?

This Senior Manager position will be responsible for driving and informing the prioritization of a key area of the Amex Offers product roadmap. He/She will report to the Director of Amex Offers Capabilities in the Global Center of Excellence. They will be focused on our suite of products for merchant partners and identifying strategic opportunities to better serve merchants and grow Amex Offers. This role will work in partnership with many teams including the Amex Offers Sales & Sourcing team, product development teams, engineering, analytics and strategy teams to identify opportunities for merchant facing products and features.

Key Responsibilities

User feedback: Manage forums for user feedback and testing and communicate new product rollouts and capabilities back to usersProduct Prioritization: Assess business critical needs and create prioritization framework for new features and updates to existing functionality.Collaboration and Communication: work cross-functionally to identify and define opportunities and communicate requirements, timelines and launch plans accordinglyTest & Learn: manage processes for iterative functionalities and help coordinate needs for minimum viable product features International Rollout: As part of the Global Center of Excellence, manage requests and enhancements for core global markets and assist with product rollouts in these marketsMinimum QualificationsExperience working in digital product development or product strategy and launching digital experiences from start to finishAbility to manage multiple stakeholders (and time-zones) across the US, EMEA, APAC and moreProven track record of positively collaborating with and influencing partners in a matrixed environment to achieve outcomes Ability to manage multiple business and technology workstreams, as well as the strong organizational skills necessary to do soAbility to work with white space to help design technical solutions to solve complex business problemsAbility to analyze data to determine priorities, opportunities, and issues with the productProven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities and manage through ambiguity and rapid change Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
