The Amex Offers platform, established in 2012, serves as a digital advertising solution that links Merchants and brands with millions of American Express Card Members worldwide. The Amex Offers team is responsible for developing strategic marketing partnerships that provide unique value for Merchants and Advertisers, enabling them to connect with high-spending Card Members through digital channels. This approach delivers profound insights and optimizes results. Through this comprehensive marketing solution, we empower advertisers to focus precisely on our mutual customers, understanding their desires and how we can fulfill their needs.

How will you contribute in this role?

This Senior Manager role will oversee and guide the prioritization of a crucial segment of the Amex Offers product roadmap. Reporting to the Director of Amex Offers Capabilities within the Global Center of Excellence, the focus will be on our product suite for merchant partners and identifying strategic opportunities to enhance merchant services and expand Amex Offers. This position will collaborate with various teams, including the Amex Offers Sales & Sourcing team, product development, engineering, analytics, and strategy teams to pinpoint opportunities for merchant-facing products and features.

Key Responsibilities

  • User Engagement: Facilitate forums for user feedback and testing, and relay new product launches and capabilities back to users.
  • Product Prioritization: Evaluate critical business needs and establish a prioritization framework for new features and updates to existing functionalities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work cross-functionally to identify and define opportunities, communicating requirements, timelines, and launch plans accordingly.
  • Test & Learn: Oversee processes for iterative functionalities and coordinate requirements for minimum viable product features.
  • Global Rollout: As part of the Global Center of Excellence, manage requests and enhancements for core global markets and assist with product launches in these regions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in digital product development or product strategy, with a proven track record of launching digital experiences from inception to completion.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various time zones, including the US, EMEA, APAC, and beyond.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with and influencing partners in a matrixed environment to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Proficient in managing multiple business and technology workstreams, with strong organizational skills.
  • Capability to work with undefined areas to design technical solutions for complex business challenges.
  • Proficient in data analysis to identify priorities, opportunities, and issues within the product.
  • Proven ability to adapt swiftly to changing priorities and navigate through ambiguity and rapid change.

Compensation: Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually, plus bonus and benefits.

The above represents the anticipated salary range for this position. Ultimately, your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
