The Global Commercial Services (GCS) division is the foremost payments provider for businesses of all sizes, with a significant focus on small businesses. Within GCS, the Small Business Marketing Team is tasked with customer acquisition and engagement marketing for all Small Business Charge, Proprietary Lending, and Co-Brand cards.

What Impact Will You Make in This Role?

The Analyst for the Prospect Proprietary Digital Application Experience will be crucial in enhancing our digital acquisition strategies. This position will collaborate across various teams, including Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions, Product, Risk, and Consumer Marketing, while serving as a digital and application authority for the digital team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the digital authority for the proprietary channel, focusing on testing, learning, and data strategy.

· Implement new prospect experiences and functionalities within the proprietary channels.

· Collaborate with the consumer business unit and technology/product teams to drive project execution, including defining business requirements and overseeing testing and product launches.

· Assist in developing and maintaining our digital roadmap to foster acquisition growth.

· Oversee marketing, legal, and compliance approvals for marketing and servicing materials.

· Lead reporting and financial analysis for acquisition and engagement within the Digital Apps channel.

Minimum Qualifications:

· 1-3 years of experience in direct marketing and/or project management, preferably in acquisition.

· A successful candidate should be adept at collaborating with multiple partners in a dynamic environment and consistently achieving results.

· Strong relationship-building skills and a proven ability to drive outcomes through proactive collaboration with key partners and stakeholders.

· Excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, and a proactive approach are essential for this role.

· Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven marketing professional.

· Effective presentation and communication abilities.

· Advanced proficiency in Excel is required; strong skills in MS Word/PowerPoint; familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Omniture is a plus.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits.

The above represents the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining your compensation, we will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
