Launched in 2012, Amex Offers is a digital advertising platform that connects Merchants and brands with the tens of millions of American Express Card Members across the globe. The Amex Offers team develops strategic marketing partnerships that deliver unique differentiated value for Merchants and Advertisers to reach high-spending Card Members in the digital channels where they engage with American Express, delivering deep insights and maximizing results. Through this complete marketing solution, we can help advertisers get laser-focused on who our mutual customers are, what they want, and how we can meet their needs.

How will you make an impact in this role?

This individual will serve as an end-to-end point of contact for Amex Offers sales operations from sourcing through campaign execution, specifically supporting the sales & sourcing teams. The Senior Manager, Sales Operations will work closely with Leadership, Sales & Sourcing, EDDS-ECMX and Global COE to develop and execute strategies to accelerate Merchant Funded Value and deliver a best-in-class experience and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and refine processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness; Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement within the sales cycle.Campaign Support: Own the development and maintenance of Insertion Orders, T&Cs and Data-Sharing activities.Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to develop insights and scalable sales strategies; Leverage CRM tools (i.e. SalesForce) to maximize opportunities and Merchant relationships.Training & Support: Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team; Provide training and support on tools, processes, BD upskilling and best practices.New Hire Onboarding: Develop onboarding process for Sales & Sourcing including creating materials, standardizing procedures and monitoring/tracking progress throughout.Brand Safety Monitoring & Enforcement: Oversee the monitoring of all marketing and advertising channels to ensure compliance with brand safety guidelines. Partner closely with compliance leads to develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and protect brand integrity. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between COE and Sales & Sourcing Leadership Team to ensure alignment on strategies and prioritization. Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments.Sales Governance: Develop and enforce sales governance procedures as well as quality control measures to ensure compliance and sales reporting accuracy Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in sales operations, sales support, customer success, or a related role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to leadership and stakeholders.Strong quantitative skills and comfort analyzing data sets in order to generate insights that drive business performance.Demonstrated success in leveraging data to develop growth strategies; Experience leveraging CRM platforms (i.e. SalesForce) to develop actionable sales tactics.Comfort with challenging the status quo and navigating white space.Strong problem solving, project management, analytical, and presentation skills.Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities and manage through ambiguity and rapid change. Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
