Role Description

This is a full-time role for self-starting business development individual contributor. The role requires experience in building and managing partnerships in the security field.


You will work with an increasing number of managed security service providers and other systems integrators as well as strategic partners such as NVIDIA, Snowflake and others.


You should believe deeply in our vision and mission.


You must have a deep understanding of the underlying business models of our partners, and an ability to collaborate with their customer success teams to deliver superior total solutions.


You will be joining a small team, so your impact will be enormous. You will be on a journey with a very experienced team of successful entrepreneurs.


You will be compensated in part based on the success of our partners.


The role is almost entirely remote. We gather approximately monthly in Palo Alto as a team.


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in business development in one or more security vendors
  • Direct sales experience preferred
  • Security operations experience helpful
  • OpenSource experience helpful
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate about building impactful technologies and organizations
