Summary:


Eagle Staffing Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide support to the HR team within the Talent Acquisition function, encompassing tasks such as recruiting and onboarding.

The role involves liaising with various levels of stakeholders and maintaining a professional and respectful engagement with candidates across the hiring process.

This is an in-person position. Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm for a client in the East Falls section of Philadelphia. This is a temporary position starting Monday, April 15, 2024 through Friday, May 31, 2024.

Pay rate:
$21 - $21.80 per hour

Essential Duties and Functions:


Oversee the entire administrative aspect of the recruiting process, offering assistance to Hiring Managers with both internal and external job management.

Take charge of coordinating talent acquisition activities and providing additional HR support as required.

Maintain proactive communication with candidates, updating them on interview schedules and information requests.

Craft and dispatch HR related correspondence, along with preparing and disseminating documents and materials as needed.


Play an active role in the recruitment process, including the execution of background checks and the organization and scheduling of candidate interviews.

Manage critical steps within the recruitment process to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
An Associate degree, some college experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.


At least 2 years of administrative experience, with a preference for backgrounds in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, particularly in a healthcare context.

Mastery in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.

Proficiency with virtual platforms, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

Must be capable of initiating, planning, and managing multiple projects with success.

The ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse organization.

Should be self-sufficient, professional in demeanor when interacting with internal and external contacts.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.

Flexibility, exceptional organization, time management, and meticulous attention to detail are vital.

Demonstrated capacity for discretion with confidential or sensitive information.
