Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating inaugural university partnerships and improving outreach and recruitment operations for our 8 schools in Philadelphia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an outreach strategy that builds brand awareness, maximizes exposure, and drives application volume.
  • Collaborate with external impact teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including social media and advertising.
  • Research, register for, and serve as a team representative at local and national career fairs, hiring events, and university fairs.
  • Design, launch, and lead internal and external recruitment events that lead to increased applicant volume and engage prospective teachers/staff members.
  • Ensure all events are properly publicized and well-attended, and that all logistical information is clearly and effectively communicated to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Connect with student teacher programs and university/CBO partnerships to enhance teacher engagement and pipeline opportunities.
  • Develop, build, and strengthen new and existing national and regional relationships to attract quality teachers, operations, and Leadership staffing.
  • Maintain a library of job descriptions, selection materials, internal policy, and all other team-critical documents.
  • Provide flexible support to recruiters during peak hiring season as needed.
Qualifications
  • Commitment to the KIPP Public Schools mission and a belief that all children have the potential to succeed and pursue their dreams.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in recruitment or a related field.
  • Deeply familiar with key social media marketing and general outreach strategies.
  • Ability to create external partnerships with key stakeholders to drive the work forward.
  • Outstanding organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to project manage, juggle multiple projects and deadlines seamlessly.
  • Ability to communicate information to a variety of stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Results-oriented, flexible team player who is dedicated to getting the job done.
What We Offer
  • Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $60,000 - $72,000.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including 100% employer-paid health benefits for employees and their families, a 403b matching program, and access to free financial advising services.
