PBC Environmental & Demolition, located in Kittery Maine, is seeking an exceptional individual to join our strong and growing team as a Field Superintendent to oversee our projects in Maine and New Hampshire.


This position plays an important role in the oversite of job operations reporting directly to the Project Managers and the Executive Team.

For an individual with initiative, strong work ethic and an eagerness to achieve results, this position offers an exciting opportunity for reward and growth.


Skills and Experience needed:

Responsibilities:


Maintain client relationships reinforcing our commitment to class-leading customer service, lead job site operations team, interface with our clients at job sites and attend project meetings, project scheduling of labor/tools/equipment/vendors, develop and maintain project schedules that ensure success and client satisfaction, promote positive subcontractor relations by dealing professionally and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors, excellent written/verbal/analytical skills are necessary, Attention to detail is a must.

From $85,000.00 per year
