Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Superintendent focused on Infrastructure, your primary duties will include:

1. Overseeing the entire project lifecycle to ensure compliance with specifications.
2. Managing daily operations on the construction site, including staff, engineers, subcontractors, and trades supervision.
3. Coordinating all construction activities while adhering to safety regulations and quality control standards.
4. Directing field personnel to ensure timely project completion within budget, maintaining high-quality workmanship.
5. Planning, scheduling, and coordinating job site activities, including the management of material and equipment deliveries.
6. Effectively communicating with project team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
7. Monitoring project progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent in the construction sector, particularly in Heavy Civil, Marine, and Concrete projects.
2. Extensive background in site supervision, heavy civil construction, marine operations, and material management.
3. Strong leadership capabilities with a proven history of team management.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction across all organizational levels.
5. Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
6. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, and regulations.
7. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
9. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
