Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Superintendent - Infrastructure, your role will involve:
1. Overseeing the entire project lifecycle to ensure compliance with specifications.
2. Managing daily operations on the construction site, including staff, engineers, subcontractors, and trades.
3. Coordinating all construction activities while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.
4. Directing field personnel to ensure timely project completion within budget and quality expectations.
5. Planning, scheduling, and coordinating job site activities, including material and equipment logistics.
6. Effectively communicating with project team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
7. Monitoring project progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints.
Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you should possess:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent in the construction sector (Heavy Civil, Marine, and Concrete).
2. Extensive site supervision experience in heavy civil, concrete, and marine construction, along with material control expertise.
3. Strong leadership capabilities with a proven history of team management.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction across all organizational levels.
5. Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
7. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
9. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
