Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Superintendent specializing in Infrastructure, your role will encompass:

1. Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with specifications.
2. Managing daily operations on the construction site, including staff, engineers, subcontractors, and trades.
3. Coordinating all construction activities while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.
4. Directing field personnel to ensure project completion on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
5. Planning, scheduling, and coordinating job site activities, including the delivery of materials and equipment.
6. Effectively communicating with project team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues.
7. Monitoring project progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent in the construction sector, particularly in Heavy Civil, Marine, and Concrete projects.
2. Extensive background in site supervision, heavy civil construction, and material management.
3. Strong leadership capabilities with a proven history of managing teams effectively.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with all organizational levels.
5. Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
6. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, and regulations.
7. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
9. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
