Role Overview:

As the Infrastructure Project Superintendent, your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with specifications.
2. Managing daily operations on the construction site, including staff, engineers, subcontractors, and tradespeople.
3. Coordinating construction activities while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.
4. Directing field personnel to ensure timely project completion within budget and quality parameters.
5. Planning, scheduling, and coordinating job site activities, including the delivery of materials and equipment.
6. Effectively communicating with project team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
7. Monitoring project progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent in the construction sector, particularly in Heavy Civil, Marine, and Concrete projects.
2. Extensive background in site supervision and material control within heavy civil and marine construction.
3. Strong leadership capabilities with a proven history of team management.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective interaction across all organizational levels.
5. Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
6. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, and regulations.
7. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
9. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
