Position Responsibilities:
  • Oversee maintenance and inventory management of the Pet Care Center
  • Ensure proper stocking, pricing, and presentation of merchandise for an exceptional guest experience
  • Demonstrate proficiency in our selling model and engage with guests effectively
  • Show a genuine interest in animal welfare
  • Participate in training programs to enhance expertise
  • Support the Omni Guest Experience through various initiatives and programs
  • Execute Merchandising Management strategies effectively
  • Act as a Leader on Duty to ensure smooth Pet Care Center operations
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, inclusion, and collaboration
Other Essential Duties:
  • UTILIZE SELLING BEHAVIORS: Provide an exceptional guest experience by identifying and addressing their needs effectively
  • CONTRIBUTE TO A SAFE ENVIRONMENT: Uphold safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all

Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in mathematics and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Genuine interest in animal welfare
Education/Skills:

Demonstrated proficiency in mathematics, basic accounting relationships, and exceptional communication skills

Supervisory Responsibility:
  • Ensure exceptional service for all guests within the Pet Care Center
  • Maintain high merchandising standards
  • Adhere to safety procedures
  • Ensure proper attendance processes
  • Promote safety and well-being
Work Environment:

Majority of duties indoors, occasional outdoor tasks, physical requirements up to 50 pounds, flexibility with schedule
