  • Lead and Manage Production Lines

    Requirements
    • Education and Experience

      • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in the CPG industry.
    • Skills and Qualifications
      • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, stakeholders, and leadership.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
      • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including TPM, 5S, LEAN, and 6 Sigma.
      • Experience with manufacturing software and systems, including Kronos and manufacturing tracker systems.
