**Key Responsibilities**

As the Front of House Operations Leader, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience and leading our Front of House team. We seek a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who can inspire our team of Taco enthusiasts. Your focus will be on:

  • Overseeing Front-of-House operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Demonstrating exemplary hospitality and mentoring the team to achieve the same standards.
  • Analyzing online ordering and take-out metrics to improve the pick-up experience.
  • Addressing guest concerns promptly and developing strategies for service enhancement.
  • Scheduling Front of House team members to align with business needs and coordinating local marketing efforts.
  • Assisting the Managing Partner and Kitchen Manager in daily operations.
  • Leading store opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and sanitation protocols.
  • Clearly communicating expectations and providing consistent feedback to team members.
  • Creating initiatives to drive sales and improve store performance.
  • Enhancing the bar experience and positioning it as a destination.

**Qualifications**

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience.
  • A strong understanding of training and development principles.
  • The ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

**Physical Requirements**

Candidates must be able to:

  • Lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Stand for extended periods and walk for long durations.
  • Bend, stretch, twist, or reach for items on shelves at various heights.
