Responsibilities:
The Billing Specialist will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks in order to help guarantee the company's revenue.
- Manage the status of accounts and balances. Have the ability to identify inconsistencies.
- Data entry, issuing and posting of all bills and invoices.
- Ability to reconcile the validity of customer accounts
- Ensure all clients remain informed of their outstanding debts and deadlines
- Assist our clients with any billing inquiries they may have and be able to provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Report and manage necessary client data and internal reporting as needed
- Proven experience as a Billing Specialist.
- Adherence to laws and best practices in regards to dealing with customers and data.
- Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel).
- High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
